Firmware cant Update AL 319

     I just purchased the AL319 and when I go to update the software off the website I am unable to open the zip file once downloaded. Says windows unable to open and thus I am unable to update the firmware. Please advise

     Hi, it is fine for us to open the ZIP file of AL319 from website. We doubt that the issue is on the computer. Would you please try on a second computer and refer to Page 19 in the user manual to finish the updating?
